    FELO is simple—silver that feels good, looks good, and just makes sense in your daily lineup.

    Every piece is handmade in Bali from 925 sterling silver using an old-school lost wax process, then tumbled for a unique finish—some come out rough and raw, others smooth and worn-in.

    It’s jewelry with character, designed to be built upon, mixed up, and made your own. No overthinking, just solid silver that works.

INDONESIA – Local rates via POS IND
INTERNATIONAL – $40.00 via DHL Express

All orders are insured and trackable.

For orders within Indonesia, we ship via JNE. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details so you can keep an eye on your package.

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express for fast and secure delivery. Customs and duty fees may apply based on your country’s regulations—these are the customer’s responsibility. We do not cover parcels returned due to unpaid customs fees and will not issue refunds under these circumstances.

To avoid any surprises, we recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing your order.

RETURNS

We want you to love your FELO pieces, and only in exceptional circumstances will we not accept a Return.

However returns do not apply to any items from sample sales or special orders.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn.
  • In original condition.
  • With all packaging and tags still intact.

You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, contact us at admin@by-felo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on where to send your package.


Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Each FELO bespoke piece is handcrafted just for you, making it non-returnable. By purchasing online or paying a deposit/balance on a custom piece, you agree to these terms.

A bespoke piece includes any customized or altered design, such as ring size, stone selection, stone layout, finish, or metal choice.
